How to Become A Member
Step 1 - Meet the BRBN Criteria
a. The company must be based or have a physical presence in the United Kingdom.
b. The company must have been trading for at least one year prior to application.
c. The company must meet all of the BRBN's membership requirements.
d. The company must also agree to British Reliable Business Network' code of practice and voluntary self-regulation.
Step 2 - Submit your Application
Complete the online application form, which provides us with information regarding company ownership, management, address and contact information for the business. Complete company information for British Reliable Business Network membership using the application form. This can be done online or downloaded and send by print to BRBN's headoffice. The information you provide may be verified by the British Reliable Business Network in a visit to the company's physical address.
Step 3 - Sign Agreement and Pay Membership Fees
There is a fee for participating in BRBN membership and an application processing fee. BRBN membership fees vary based on the size of the company and type of membership. For membership fees please click here.
Step 4 - Provide BRBN with Your Company Policies
Provide BRBN with your company's terms and conditions, returns and privacy policies. You can upload these during your application, send us in the email or send in the post. Please note we will still require an electronic copy of these terms and policies.
Step 5 - Get Membership Seal
After your application has been reviewed and your company has been approved you will receive confirmation by post or email with instructions on downloading BRBN seal to be used in your print material or on your website if applying for Gold Seal or OnlineSeal.
