What is BRBN?
BRBN is an independent organisation based in the United Kingdom. We run business reliability seal programs in the UK to advance trust in businesses that are legitimate, honest and customer focused, in both conventional and online marketplace. We certify background information, management information, business origin and ensure company policies are in place to deal with its customers appropriately. Our members also have to be in business for at least one year before they can become member of this trusted business community. We changed our company status to private limited company registered in England and Wales in September 2007. Our registration number with companies house is 06380192 and registered office 9 New Croft, Birmingham B19 2JP, United Kingdom.
We provide membership to uk based businesses that agree to follow our Code of Practice and best practice guidelines. British Reliable Business Network records any complaints against its member companies. If a customer has an issue with an organisation or they want to file a complaint about a business based within the United Kingdom that can all be done online. BRBN has pioneered the way information is presented to consumers and businesses. Members of our team have backgrounds in business support, customer services, mass communications, and the internet and understand requirements of establishing trust with customers. We achieve our goals by working in partnership with British and international organisations, and speaking to customers across the United Kingdom.
The idea behind our work
Our work is based on the belief that customers should be treated in a fair, just and professional manner and businesses should provide sufficient information to existing or prospective customers about a business' identity, location and its policies to help the customer make an informed decision to engage in any transaction or contract.
Our approach
BRBN provides consumers with information and tools to help people to understand how reliable a business is, what other people who have dealt with that business think of it, their reputation and policies. BRBN also provides the businesses reference and research materials for use by the management in examining operational and customer services issues from a variety of perspectives.

Our funding
BRBN is a private commercial organisation and does not receive any government funding. All of our programmes are funded through the membership of businesses in the United Kingdom.
